a small retexture mod to give the marshals a better chest rig.

something always bugged me with the vanilla appearance of the marshals, so i tweaked the texture a bit, now their chest rig looks better, its basically a tweaked version of the one from this mods https://modworkshop.net/mod/39648 (tho the marshals still use camo on the rest of the body in my mod)

hurray for the millionth marshal retexture mod.
