The AK-19 Assault Rifle unlocks at level 16 and appears as the AK-12 (AK17 Rifle).
This rifle, meant for foreign export and the foreign market, is a more modern, lightweight variant of the original AK-12 chambered in the NATO standard caliber, 5.56mm. Therefore, it's got less kick, and a weaker punch, but compensates by being slightly more concealable, faster and modular. Comes with a shortened CQB barrel (based on the AK-19 CQB variant), a AC-Unity manufactured "banana" magazine, as well as a classic Bakelite AK magazine. The stock can be collapsed to the side for more concealment, but less stable fire, or fully retracted for the complete opposite effect.
Laser sights can be moved to the left-hand side, or the top of the weapon (only when an optic is equipped, and it doesn't obstruct the sight image).
