This mod adds "Extra Metal Meathook", a savage, riff-heavy remix by Artificial Fear, into PAYDAY 2. If you thought the original Meathook slapped (and it still does), wait until you hear it reborn with a wall of guitars and hell-forged double bass. Whether you’re gunning through Murkywater or ripping apart a bank vault, this track turns every heist into a DOOM-fueled massacre.
The stealth phase uses "Sam’s Base" from DOOM Eternal, a brooding and ominous cue that lets you stalk through shadows with tension boiling just beneath.
This remix comes straight from Artificial Fear’s YouTube channel, bringing his signature blend of brutal guitar work and cinematic metal to PAYDAY’s chaos. It’s not just a music swap, it’s a full-blown assault enhancer.

Known Issues:
- None so far. If your speakers start rumbling mid-stealth, that's just the guitar warming up.
- Slightly higher gain during assault phase — wear headphones for optimal results.
How to Install:
- Requires BeardLib and SuperBLT
- Drop the folder into your
mod_overridesdirectory - Launch PAYDAY 2
- Select this track on the jukebox
- Engage HELL MODE
