Adds the Howa Type 89 as an AR based on the AK5.

Unfortunately, I don't have the budget to do the cool parts like a proper bayonet or the Type 06 Heat grenade, so it's just your usual statistical clone but with default attachments and Rainbow Six Siege/GFL references.
