Replaces voice lines for all Guards, Police, and Swat units. As well, replacing the audio from the megaphone cop (negotiating phase) and the alarms that go off when messing up stealth.
As well, an optional add-on to replace a lot of the "America" and "Police" related textures to City 17 or Combine/Overwatch related imagery

Swat units and Guard voice lines are sourced from HL-2
Specials like the Bulldozer are sourced from HL-A
Overwatch announcement voice lines are from both HL-2 and HL-A

The current issues will be the main reason there won't be a "1.0" release, would like to find a way to properly fix them

Known Issues:

• Megaphone announcement gets interrupted after a certain time frame
• Not all Police or New York related imagery/models have been replaced (I don't know how to 3D model)
