adds a police issue body

it uses the Counter-Strike 2 model (radarhack not included)

INCLUDES:

• Skin support
• CSGO wear/scratches pattern

that's pretty much it, the stats are provisional and if you have anything better feel free to edit them because i probably won't update this in a while unless i have a reason to or i get really manic :teeth:

special thanks to everyone in MWS and The Armory discord for helping me catch up with the custom weapon process, i would say it gets easier every time but i'd be lying :teeth:

KNOWN ISSUES:

• skin texture is a bit darker than i wish
  if you know about textures and wanna go over how to properly make textures / collab with me / be friends; feel free to leave your discord @ in the comments and i'll add you then delete your comment :teeth:
• there's a couple tiny holes in the mesh
  i probably won't do anything about this because it's the easiest fix i found to a tiny misalignment with the barrel and magazine unless someone wants to help with making alternative attachment points exclusive to the installed mod
