It's a patch for Hoppip's Pick Up Weapons that makes it fully compatible with Restoration Mod. If ResMod is uninstalled, this mod will do nothing.

Some NPC weapons like the Mexico HK33 and Murkywater SCAR-16 won't be able to be equipped unless you have A Bunch of Exclusive Sets and Vanilla Mod Pack installed respectively.
