So I downloaded the mod in mod_overrides, checked the bottom of the soundtrack menu list and it's not there
You certain its not in Options - Sound - Custom Heist Playlist? If you have a lot of custom soundtracks it can appear closser to the middle or top of the bottom. Or if we talking about tracklist in preplanning, you probably need to tick song in Custom Heist Playlist first, since it can not appear in tracklist for some reason.
All custom soundtracks are at the bottom of playlist, unless you have mod that sorts songs by name or any other order
Yes, I did check in Custom Heist Playlist. This mod and your Projekt Melody mod are the only 2 custom heist songs I downloaded at the time. Also I do not have any mod that sorts my playlist in any way.
P.S. Just noticed you updated the mod so I redownloaded the mod and it works now
