The L403A1 will appear to others as the CAR4/M4A1 and is unlocked at level 34.
Like the concept of the duty rifle, L403A1 is a jack of all trades master of none, able to tackle a wide variety of scenarios.
Statwise, the L403A1 is intended to be useable out of the box with minimal tuning. In return you can't duct tape a bunch of attachments like you can onto the CAR4 to stack a bunch of numbers.
Of the attachments available, you mostly have the universal AR attachments in addition to the different barrel lengths and handguards.

A: The modeler definitely does not have a KS-6 made at the time of writing. I'm not even sure where to begin for references, as the only known reference of its existence is a slick sheet from KAC.
