This standalone ROMEO9T uses the mini red dot stat block of -4 Stability.
It does not have the real world feature of the two reticles due to zeroing custom piggyback optics being painful. You can customize the reticle though.
The default finish is FDE, with Black available as a variant through Weapon Painter.
