When does it do the magic?

As soon as the "x is joining" message appears, the mod check runs.
The rest runs as soon as it is synced. (no clue when that actually is, though.)

What it (currently) checks for

Blacklisted mods. (requires PMLH)

The name starting with [p3dhack].

This will only weed out free p3d users, but i have yet to see one with premium.

Impossible skill points.

The usual > 120 points except it does a bit of math to see if the level is also right.

Troll menu users

You won't get slowed anymore (also it bans playerstates from clients).

This smells like that one mod about sending people to overkill

I could probably ban people earlier in the chain, but I'd say cheaters deserve it.
