In the game menu you can view banned people

Yeah i see it now. It seems to be a steam 64 ID starts '7656xxxxx‘

But the kicklist.ini holds the list in different form starts '0002xxx' Is there a way to add someone into blacklist in this form instead of what this addon does? Or should I say, how do I acquire someone's '0002xxxx' ID ?

@pinkavalanche Might be because i switched two arguments by the way host is banned from name being the identifier, so it shows wrong but i updated the mod now so you can test. I don't know about the kicklist.ini never had it, might be an epic thing. You have two common IDs used it's peer:userid() and peer:account_id()
