Total conversion of the ZEAL Units to be Combine soldiers from the Half-Life franchise. So far it replaces the Shields, Light units, and Heavy units. Has auto updates in case I ever have a go at the special units.
Couldn't have been done without the excellent work from these contributors...
@hedyl There's also the issue of clipping since its so damn bulky with the shoulderpads.
The animations for the Charger has him spreading his legs and holding his arms out.
The Bulldozer does none of that and would probably look like an edematous bulb.
Oddly enough Antibody Protection Forces / Suppressors would play as the Bulldozer better just because of their more distinct color palette separating them from the rest of the Combine soldiers and having only a slightly more bulkier build offset by the visual distinction of their armor plating.
At least in my opinion, it should be as follows.
Light SWAT - Combine Soldier
Purple (Nova Prospekt variant without prison markings) - SMG
Blue (Combine Overwatch standard) - Rifle
Red/Orange (Combine Shotgunner variant) - Shotgun
Heavy SWAT - Combine Elite (White + Red; Should have the same one red eyed helmet)
Taser - Combine Grunts (Less lethals with tasers on the rifle to subdue anti-citizens)
Cloaker - Combine Ordinal (High-class radio equipment explains their static sound cues)
Medic - Current mod's Heavy SWAT Combine (White with standard Overwatch helmet in red paint scheme)
Bulldozer - Combine Suppressor (Unique character model and use of an LMG fits the dozer subvariants)
(Camouflage can be applied as necessary based on variation type)
Glossy Emerald Green/Black - Black Bulldozer (Represents the Synth type for Hunters)
Pale White and Orange - Green Bulldozer (Represents standard variation)
Pure White and Red - Skulldozer (Represents Elite Combine variation)
Strider Tan - Minigun Bulldozer (Represents heaviest synth with matching firepower)
@hanniquet I like your suggestions. I was actually thinking of making the cloaker the combine assassin, since they're both agile so it kind of fits. The specific model I'd like to use requires me to ask for permission and the author hasn't gotten back to me yet, though. I'd absolutely love to do a shotgunner unit but of course, vanilla doesn't HAVE shotgunner zeals. Ugh. I hate some of the decisions they made late in the game's lifespan. The bulldozer suggestions are especially enlightening because I actually wasn't sure about what I wanted for them.

My issue is that the model is effectively the Overwatch Elite model used in official HL2 was the recycled version of it
So it ends up having overlap with what should be the HEAVY SWAT variation
