Extract all the mod files within the PAYDAY 2 folder to your Payday 2 root folder

How do I prevent the motion blur from warping my hud/ crimenet? I'd like it to only affect my gameplay.
isn't possible due to Reshade applies the affects at the end of the rendering pipline (it applies the affect over everything on the screen basically)
