Makes the game more dynamic and smooth by adding a subtle motion blur (most noticeable when shooting). Unlike in most FPS games; effect isn't activated by mouse movement but by things on screen moving very quickly.

YOU NEED TO INSTALL RESHADE FIRST!
Then drag the files inside the "mod" folder into Payday 2 folder (not mod nor mod_overrides; game folder (lazy tutorial with screenshots is included)

I haven't noticed any input lag or fps drops when testing as this is a very lightweight reshade
