There are two versions of this mod: The normal version and the OS version.
Normal version
Uses vanilla texture strings meaning that other mods can change the appearances of the outfits. Will not take up as much space as the OS version.
The heavies will use the guard Murkies' textures instead of the heavy Murkies' (like SH, unlike vanilla).
OS version
Also known as the Own Strings version. Uses mostly is own texture strings, allowing you to change how the outfits look without changing how the enemies look. Will still use the following vanilla textures:

units/payday2/characters/shared_textures/helmets_atlas_nm
units/payday2/characters/shared_textures/murkywater_nm
units/payday2/characters/shared_textures/swat_body_nm
units/pd2_dlc_uno/characters/ene_shadow_cloaker_1/ene_shadow_body_nm
units/pd2_dlc_uno/characters/ene_shadow_cloaker_1/material_mask_1_nm
units/pd2_dlc_uno/characters/ene_shadow_cloaker_1/material_mask_2_nm
In both versions, the Cloaker outfit uses a unique texture string for the goggles, as the vanilla texture is more pixel-ly.
Customization ideas
These mods will allow you to change the appearances of the outfits. Some changes can only be done with the OS version.
Spoiler!
- Murkywater Visual Tweaks: Turns the lights' berets green and gives the heavies tan vests and gray helmets (requires OS).
- Murkywater Faction Tweaks: Adds more white to the Medic and more black to the Taser and Cloaker among other things.
- Hyper Murkies: Adds more yellow to the Taser, turns the Cloaker dark green, gives a blue camo to the Medic, and colors the R870, Saiga, and M249 Dozers to look more like their American counterparts.
- Prettier Murkywater Dozers: Turns the Saiga Dozer black, turns the M249 Dozer white, and gives the Minigun Dozer a snake-like design.
- Murkywater and FBI Safehouse Guard swapped textures: Retextures the heavies to look like the FBI safehouse guards from Hoxton Revenge.
There might be more btw
Q&A
Q: Can I have both versions installed at once?
A: Haven't tested this yet but I would assume no.
Q: Did the Bulldozer textures get switched around in a recent update or something?
A: Yes. Revert Murky Dozer textures shows how they used to be arranged.
Q: How do I change the textures for the OS version?
A: Go into the mod's folder and into assets/units/murkywater/armor_skins then open the folder for the outfit you want to edit. Delete the texture you want to change, then copy and paste the texture that you want to use from another mod into the folder. Make sure it has the exact same name. Note that some textures are shared between multiple outfits.
Q: My mask is still appearing when I wear an outfit. How do I fix this?
A: Try using Nervatel's Unmasked v2.
Q: No Medic Dozer?
A: The Murkywater Medic Dozer in vanilla looks so out-of-place so I didn't bother adding it.
Q: Why don't the Shadow Cloakers have smoke effects and glowing eyes like the enemies they're based on?
A: While I did find a way to add these effects to the outfits, they would only appear when using Third Person and wouldn't appear in the menus or when given to bots, so I decided not to include them.
