Similar to this mod: https://modworkshop.net/mod/29695 but for the pre-Update 183 FBI light rifleman model. There are three versions: One removes the mouth guards, one removes the pouches, and one removes both. Only one can be used at a time.

Additionally, all three versions also change the helmet dropped by the FBI light shotgunner to a helmet that doesn't have mouth guards on it.

You can also replace the ene_fbi_swat_1 model in Definitive Old Enemies Restoration with one of the models from this mod. If you also want the FBI light shotgunner fix, simply put the add.xml file into DOER's main folder, as DOER already has the files that change helmet popping (they just didn't work until now).
