Moolah Mod Loader is required for this to work.
UE4 Sound Fix / Play Sound 2D fix is required to play sound
This mod adds emotes to the game, it does work in multiplayer but only you can see it, meaning even if the client install the mod, you won't be able to see them do the emote.
HOW TO INSTALL:

Make sure you put -fileopenlog in the launch options first.

Place the pak files here:
HOW TO USE IN GAME:
Press 5 on your keyboard and click one of the emotes, you can scroll between the pages with scroll wheel.
Also be sure to download the framework that is included in this mod.

Personally, I would love the Specialist dance or Caramelldansen, and the Family Guy death pose!

Hmmm sorry I have no idea lol, I just know that there is a mod for ROR2 (which is Unity not UE4) that adds a ton of taunts. The mod page (BadAssEmotes) has the github linked so idk if it is something that you can just rip directly from there? Wish I could be more helpful!
