Enhanced Quality of Life Heisters
As the name suggests, this mod expands upon the base foundation of the character models, adding and fixing elements. Moreover, it brings about significant improvements to the models in general with handcrafted normals, model appearance enhancements and much more with some of my own stuff. I've been working on this mod for over a year and I am happy that I am getting it out just in time for 2024, same for the overall result.
Today I am releasing it to public in ''celebration'' of new years eve while I am struggling and dealing with a lot of personal issues going on my end, mental health included.
Features - What to expect from this mod (As of 1.0 release)
- Model and Texture Improvements: It plays a huge role in here, mainly revolving around the appearance of the player character models.
Example below based on the Chains head mesh.
I've took the liberty and care to bring them into a much more modernized standard while keeping it in line with Diesel Engine's Legacy Lighting.
- Bug Fixes: This mod fixes a lot of issues that are surrounding the base models from the start, for example take Sokol's head scalp with it's broken connection to the verticies around the head, or the infamous bug with clover's hair going crazy and all over the place, which is no longer an issue as of release of this mod 9 years later.
- New Additions: With the mod having Quality of Life tag applied to it, it comes with a vast of improvements to the overall appearance, from very well balanced changes in the way physics work to overall depth of the player model, among them is the extensive use of Nvidia PhysX for utilization of physics with my own setup. This also includes proper player shadows.
As of the launch day release, the following mods supports the following characters and will be expanded upon in the future when I find time to do it, right now I need my rest.
