UE4SS is a Lua scripting system, C++ modding API and live debugger for UE4 games. Mirror of the UE4SS version for Payday 3 until we make an official release on the github.
There is now only one download for both Steam and Gamepass.
Steam/Epic Install

Gamepass Install

Version 2 included an update that included a mod to allow pak mods to work without passing the -fileopenlog parameter. This is now enabled by default. To disable it, open to Mods/mods.txt and set AllowModsMod : 0
If using the Gamepass version, you may need to extract the mod and edit this file before copying it into the game's directory.
so when I remove -fileopenlog from properties and set allowmodsmod to 1, it worked for a game, but then after that it kept freezing every time I tried to start a new heist. I also reset my whole pc and still froze. I switched back to -fileopenlog and set allowmodsmod back to 0 and its working again. Any suggestions? Also does it improve my performance if I dont use fileopenlog? Im guessing yes since you included a new update to allow us to remove -fileopenlog
@berkrider same thing, it worked fine for a game or two but then started freezing even on restart. I went back to -fileopenlog and it is normal again. I wonder if a mod is conflicting with something idk not sure, but is there a benefit to removing -fileopenlog and doing that instead anyway?
@manhattanbeach some mods requires this: https://modworkshop.net/mod/44049 so make sure you have it installed.
if that doesn't help then it's a issue with the mods you have and you should test 1 by 1 to figure out which one is causing it, otherwise it can be a issue with your PC

mine's working just fine but I turned everything else off except for AllowModsMod
@berkrider turned everything else off as in set all the other 1s to 0s in the mods.txt?
