Boykisser (Silly Cat) Phone Screen
Installation:

Create a directory in your PAYDAY 3 Steam folder under \PAYDAY3\Content\Paks\ and call it ~mods. Put the downloaded .pak file in this new folder.

Go into your Payday 3 launch options and add -fileopenlog in the field provided.
UPDATE: 07-21-24: Having performance issues? Try using PD3 UE4SS instead of -fileopenlog

the mod is messing arround with my game i got some soundbuggs and it sometimes lagging aaaaand the boykisser is Pixelated I did something wrong or the mod needs to get an update

I made an account here for the same reason. Did everything shown in the explanation and now i can't even launch the tutorial.
@Supermark If -fileopenlog is breaking your game, then use this instead (https://modworkshop.net/mod/44048). I had the exact same issue with freezing and soundbugs and installing this made mods work perfectly
