As many players may know, PAYDAY 2's weapon balance (or lack there of) leaves a lot to be desired. At that, I decided to create a weapon rebalance mod, that would make all weapons viable on most difficulties. Criminal Enterprise Weapon Rebalance aims to do exactly that. It streamlines several weapon stats in order to make guns more consistent and viable in combat
Criminal Enterprise is based on Tactical Realism Rebalance, which itself is based on Blaze's Weapon Rebalance, so while weapon stats were edited by me, all the credit for script writing goes to original creators

Now let's go over the main changes of the mod:
Rate of fire of guns was changed to reflect real weapons' characteristics and to make them reliable in fights and, most of all, satisfying to shoot with.
Damage values now depend on two things: caliber of the round and class of the weapon, so if ARs and Pistols deal damage of their calibers, LMGs and SMGs deal respectively 30 and 20 additional damage. (with a handful of exceptions)
Ammo pickup now depends on weapon class (with exceptions, i.e. Thanatos, Vulkan and Microgun can't pick up bullets from enemies, however they deal absolutely ridicilous amounts of damage).
Here are the stock ammo pickup values:
Assault Rifles and LMGs: 5 bullets per box;
SMGs: 10 bullets per box;
Shotguns: 6 bullets per box;
Pistols: 20 bullets per box;
Sniper Rifles: 2 bullets per box;
Many attachments underwent stat changes (most optics don't change stats anymore, several foregrips and magazines were also tweaked. Suppressors were streamlined to be similiaer to each other, but they still give different stat boosts. Speedpull magazines are vanilla though). This part sadly doesn't cover all the attachments, because I couldn't get many weapon IDs to work
Recommended Mods
I highly recommend you to run this mod with AFSF2. [ https://modworkshop.net/mod/20403 ] It fixes weapon sounds when fired in full auto and prevents weapons with 700-1200 ROF to sound like they have 500-600 ROF.
Also Wasp-DS SMG needs this mod [ https://modworkshop.net/mod/36421 ] so it's reload timings aren't messed up.
I might update CEWR to cover the last 2 weapon DLCs, but that's unlikely, since those weapons are already busted and fun to use.
This mod has been playtested for roughly 700 hours since 2021, every weapon in the mod was tested too, so everything should work as intened. Also the mod should be update-proof, just in case any minor changes come out, which is also unlikely, since Payday 2's update cycle is now over. If you do find any bugs, though, please post about it in the comment section, I will try to fix them.
You are free to edit the contents of the mod to your liking and post other mods on top of it, I really don't care :)
Good heisting!
