Adds the Asiimov skin from CS:GO as a custom skin for the Amaroq 900 Sniper Rifle.

I tried recreating it as close as possible, however since the two games use different variants of the gun, I had to use some creative liberty to fit it to the PAYDAY 2 version.
There are also some slight issues on the non-player side, but those are related to the 3d model and I have no control over that.
