Supposedly "all you need" ... if this was the early 2000s, before the DI/internal piston aftermarket caught up.
The 416D will appear to others as the M4A1 (CAR4) and is unlocked at level 4.
The 416D is a jack of all stats master of none rifle like the weapon it was intended to replace; you probably know the drill by now.
The big thing I was testing with this mod was swapping between hold animations. You can seamlessly transition between holding the handguard and then using the somewhat archaic "broomhandle" method of using vertical grips to mimic early GWOT doctrine or Hollywood actors/actresses not adopting the modern thumb over bore doctrine.
Otherwise, the popularity of the 416 meant that I was aiming to be able to make clones of several 416 depictions in pop culture:

Early GWOT CAG 416: The primary focus and original intent of the mod. Tanodized receiver, Geissele Airborne Charging Handle, SOCOM556RC, either of the two Wilcox optics, the Wilcox magnifier, and I finish off the build by putting on the PEQ15 from Frenchy's Tacticool Tacticals.
John Wick 1 Cohaine 415: Pick up the Tangodown Grip, the Collapsed M4 Stock, the vanilla Holographic, and the Cohaine lower. Optionally grab the AAC 51T Flash Hider from Tactical Capitalism Muzzles.
Combat Arms M416 CQB: Pick up the Tangdown Grip, the Collapsed M4 Stock, a left rail mounted PEQ2, and I rolled with Pawcio's Eotech 552. I think the original gun used the KAC broomhandle, but I went with the Sturmgriff from Tactical Vertical Grips just for visual variety.
Black Ops 2 M27: Grab Frenchy's Tacticool Charging Handles for the Raptor, pick up the optional Surefire flashlight/grip, pick the Geissele SMR, grab the BAD Lever, and paint it black with Weapon Painter.
USMC M27 IAR: Pick the 16.5 inch barrel and the IAR handguard. You will also need Weapon Painter for the M27 lower. Yes I know there's no circular UID sticker.
USMC M27 IAR RWK: Pick the 416A5 upper with the 10.4 inch barrel. The barrel model will visually change to the 11 inch 416A5 barrel and gas block.
Ready or Not 416A5: Pick the A5 upper and Radian Raptor Charging Handle. No Magpul MBUS Pro irons or Gacha Frontline serial number but whatever
GFL 416 Mod 0: Pick the classic 416 Quadrail, Right Ladder Rail cover, Mod 0 Gadget, Magpul CTR, the Siege irons, Diopter "Folded Irons", and then the stupid Eotech.
GFL 416 Mod 3: Pick the 10 inch Geissele SMR w/ Black Weapon Painter finish, AAC M4 2000 can, the Mod 3 gadget, magpul CTR stock, USGI w/ Magpul, and Magpul RVG grip.
Known Issues
- The Wilcox Riser would technically be broken, as it is offset an 10 degrees extra degrees than it should in reality. I intentionally did this to fit the Wilcox-mounted magnifier onto vanilla animations; paying Masavik $3 for 10 degrees is not worth the money lol

A: There is a very good reason why the 416D detects if you have the ROMEO4T installed: there's your era appropriate optics setup. The EXPS3-0 isn't era appropriate, but using it saves me the headache of finding a XPS3-0 model that's FDE and then fitting it onto the Wilcox riser.

Q: Is the Coharie 415 lower based on airsoft roll marks?
A: Yes, even though that wasn't the plan.
I am not going to rely on screenshots from John Wick 1 since the lower roll marks are not in focus enough to be used as drawing references. The obvious thing would be to go onto Coharie Arms' website to look at their 415s, but Coharie went out of business many years ago. I tried both HKPro and ARFCom to see if they had references, but they had no visual references there (though they had plenty of information on the snake oil salesman that is the Coharie owner Todd Bailey). I then tried searching for a Coharie 415 on Gunbroker, but they had no Coharie 415s for sale at the time (a ton of the MP5 clones though).
I suppose it's fitting in a way that the roll marks for the Coharie lower are an interpretation of an interpretation due to real life issues. It's implied that Wick loved HK guns during the height of his career, see the P30L as his pistol of choice as well as the Sommlier's comment on "German varietals". Wick probably uses a Coharie versus a genuine HK416 in JW1 because the movie armorers ran into real life issues sourcing a HK416 prop and settled for a close enough version.

For the base model, I used the vanilla Holographic instead of what I believe is a fan frame Eotech 512 (?). Yes I know the Mod 0 gadget's asset also came with the tan frame Eotech, but the UVs on that model were genuinely painful to work with.
For the Mod 3, the official art wasnt detailed enough so I compromised by finding whatever non horny posts of the figurine that shows off the gun
- I am pretty sure the switch should be a Unity TAPS versus the Surefire SR-07 DT, but bending cables are annoying so i just gave up since you get most of the formfactor from using the surefire switch
- The Mod 3 Sling Mount should actually be the Magpul RSA, not the Magpul RSA QD. Problem is that the Magpul RSA has no assets, so i just painted the Magpul RSA QD from the Noveske Navy rifle in FDE and called it "close enough"
-pretty sure the PEQ15 is comically squished, but i reused the asset from the mod 0 gadget - the exps3-0 in the screenshots isnt the same shade of FDE as the Mod 3 art, but this is an asset reuse from the CAG Wilcox 416. Also said optic is in the files but hidden due to the vanilla magnifiers being too short for it
- You cant mount a rear sight behind the magnifier, i believe the Mod 3 rifle uses a Troy HK rear sight?
