Leon: Ewww, the overly heavy piece of garbage that constantly loses zero when you clean it and outshot by any decent AR10 derivative.
With the advent of the new Saint Victor (Northstar) as a free secondary DMR, I can finally have a secondary DMR without looking awkward.
As much as I find the MW2019 M14 to be LESS cursed, the MW2022 EBR has more parts customization and less frustrating parts rigging.
The MW2022 EBR is a SECONDARY DMR (assault rifle for skills) unlocked at level 34 and will appear as the Saint Victor (Northstar).
YOU MUST HAVE MORE WEAPON CATEGORIES AND CUSTOM CATEGORIES FOR CUSTOM WEAPONS IN ORDER FOR THE MW2022 EBR TO APPEAR IN THE BLACK MARKET AS A SECONDARY ASSAULT RIFLE.
The MW2022 EBR should roughly perform similar to the vanilla Saint Victor with a few twists. The MW2022 EBR has greater base accuracy and a more versatile mod selection pool as the Saint Victor, but only counts as an assault rifle (no Graze) for purposes of skills.

Damage is 160 and rate of fire 450 RPM, practically similar enough to the vanilla M14.
Accuracy is fine at a base of 64, with mods pushing up or lowering the accuracy.
Stability purposely does not exist. When combined with high kick, you should be aiming to pace your shots, not spam wildly.
Ammo capacity is 2 mags of 10 rounds (20 total), same as the vanilla Saint Victor.
Ammo pickup is 1-1.5 rounds, same as the vanilla Saint Victor.
You can get a greater mag size of 15 or 20 rounds, but not a greater ammo pool.
Q: Where is the weapon?
A: You MUST have More Weapon Categories and Custom Categories for Custom Weapons, as stated in the requirements. These two mods add the Secondary AR category.
Q: Why do you require MWC/CCFCW?
A: I personally don't play with Graze or Frenzerker, but hate the sluggish fire rate of 150 RPM (which is what keeps Graze in check ... supposedly). So in order to strip Graze from the weapon, I overrode its category to assault rifle ... which wouldnt show up in the Black Market without help from Cpone/Killerwolf.
Q: Can you make a solution to enable this weapon that doesn't involve MWC/CCFCW?
A: In the main.xml, find the weapon's table. In the categories section, there will be a code block with <!-- <value_node value="wpn_special"/> -->. Get rid of the "<!--" and "-->", which will put the MW2022 EBR as a * secondary special weapon (will still function as an assault rifle for skills, so no Graze).*
If you choose to enable the MW2022 EBR as a special weapon, DO NOT download MWC/CCFCW or you will get conflicts/crashes.
Q: Primary Version?
A: Just use Mira's MK14 or bribe killerwolf to change the MWC/CCFCW category into a Battle Rifle.

A: I dont think this is too broken compared to some of the other weapons I was paid to set up. At any rate, change the stats yourself.
