This mod fixes problems with non-American factions, from incorrect damage, used weapons and units. For the most part, this mod was inspired and is an improved version of [this mod](https://modworkshop.net/mod/27408), but made from scratch and revised in its own way.
# General:
* Everyone who has a `taser` tweakdata will equip `m4_yellow`. That will fix the damage for Tasers on all regions.
* (*Normal and Hard*) Everyone who has a `shield` tweakdata will equip `c45`.
(*They will equip Chimano pistol. Since some regions don't have their Blue SWAT Shield analogs*)
* (*OVERKILL and below*) Every units that have `g36`, now change their weapon to `m4`.
(*Solving the problem that units deal a way too much damage on lower difficulties*)
* Every units that have `swat` tweakdata, now change their `m4` weapon to `mp5` and `ak47_ass` to `akmsu_smg`.
(*Solving the problem that light SWAT units deal a way too much damage on Death Sentence, same as Heavy SWAT does*)
* Death Sentence now excludes shotgunners on all regions.
* `ene_male_ranc_ranger_01` (*Texas cop*) - equips a Chimano instead of a Bronco.
* `ene_male_chas_police_02` (*San Francisco cop*) - equips a Bronco instead of a Chimano.
# Russian:
**OVERKILL and Mayhem**
* `ak47_ass` damage is now equal to `m4` damage.
**Overkill and Above**
* The Shield equip MP9 for correct damage.
**Death Wish**
* Fixed an issue that Taser dealt a lot of damage.
**Death Sentence**
* `fbi_swat` and `fbi_heavy_swat` replaced by `swat` and `heavy_swat`.
(*Now they have the same stats as Zeal units.*)
* `swat` equips `akmsu_smg` instead of `ak47_ass`.
(*Solving the problem that light SWAT units dealt too much damage*)
# Zombie:
**OVERKILL**
* `ene_fbi_heavy_hvh_r870_husk` - fixed bug, when unit equips `m4` for clients.
**Mayhem and Death Wish**
* Because Zombie units doesn't have their GenSec analogs, units with `fbi_swat` tweakdata now copies `city_swat` tweakdata, FBI SWAT and Heavy FBI SWAT now equips `g36`.
**Death Sentence**
* `fbi_swat` and `fbi_heavy_swat` replaced by `swat` and `heavy_swat`.
(*Now they have the same stats as Zeal units*)
* Fixed bug when Green Dozer was included in the spawn group three times in the row by devs mistake. Now all five types of bulldozers will appear.
(*Green was included instead of Black and Skulldozer, preventing their spawn on the heist*)
# Murkywater:
**Very Hard and OVERKILL**
* In the `FBI_swat_R870` category, `ene_murkywater_light_r870` replaced by `ene_murkywater_light_fbi_r870`.
(*Unit had wrong stats, `swat` tweakdata instead of `fbi_swat`*)
**Mayhem and Death Wish**
* In the `FBI_heavy_G36_w` category, `ene_murkywater_heavy` replaced by `ene_murkywater_heavy_g36`.
(*Unit had wrong stats, `heavy_swat` tweakdata and `m4` weapon instead of `fbi_heavy_swat` and `g36`*)
* In the `FBI_heavy_R870` category, `ene_city_heavy_r870` replaced by `ene_murkywater_heavy_shotgun`.
(*American unit on Murkywater region*)
# Federales:
**General**
* `ene_policia_02` (*Mexican cop*) - equips a Bronco instead of a Chimano.
**Very Hard and OVERKILL**
* The R870 Bulldozer appears on Very Hard instead of the Saiga Dozer.
* In the `FBI_swat_R870` category, `ene_swat_policia_federale` replaced by `ene_swat_policia_federale_fbi_r870`.
(*Blue SWAT replaced by FBI SWAT Shotgunner as it should be*)
**Mayhem and Death Wish**
* In the `FBI_heavy_G36_w` category, `ene_swat_heavy_policia_federale` replaced by `ene_swat_heavy_policia_federale_fbi_g36`.
(*Heavy FBI SWAT with M4 replaced by Heavy FBI SWAT with G36 as it should be*)
**Death Sentence**
* In the `FBI_heavy_R870` category, `ene_swat_heavy_policia_federale_fbi_r870` replaced by `ene_swat_heavy_policia_federale`.
(*Excludes shotgunner from DS spawn*)

**The mod works if you are a host, it syncs (should) with your clients.**

1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
2. Drop that folder into the `mods` folder which is supposed to be in the game's installation folder (don't know where that is? click [here](https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2/page/finding-payday-2s-install-folder))
