This is my compilation of mods. I don't own rights of a single mod listed here.
A brief description:
Unseen strike doesn't require a hit to be reset. Original mod is not working, but the comment helped to fix it. (https://modworkshop.net/mod/16616)
Fully loaded skill throwable pickup increases each time you don't pickup a throwable from ammo pickup by 1% (in vanilla the increasing was 1% from previous value- 5.05%, 5,1005%, 5,1515%, ...) (https://modworkshop.net/mod/22657)
Bloodthirst Ace is now very consistent and will work every time with shotguns and piglet. (mod is no longer public)
ECM Feedback goes through walls and is more consistent (like PECM). Chat spamming is deleted from the original mod. (https://modworkshop.net/mod/22902)
Ex-president doesn't spend excess stored health. (mod is no longer public)
You can choose whether you'd like to install all the mods or pick up some of them.
Also, keep in mind that HUDs will show correctly only crit chance from Unseen Strike fix, but not skill duration or 4 sec not being hit timer (pocohud shows that correctly though).
I started using Sicario a few days ago and made this mod only today. So if a lot of people agree with you I will delete that part from the mod. As I know Sicario users don't like the cooldown of a smoke bomb. By the way, have you tried using Hacker?
@DeadHeaven I tried hacker a while ago but didn't like it, i also don't feel like giving it a try since i heard the buff made it a lot stronger and now everyone is using it so it feels really overused.
@DeadHeaven I do agree, it doesn't require a 2nd smoke. Sicario is one of those perks with a "higher than average" skill ceiling, and having a second smoke bomb breaks that skill ceiling imo
@Yerziah You still can't spam smoke bombs. I think it adds Sicario gameplay variety. With the mod 2 smoke bombs have a cooldown one after another. If you use them both at once, you will have to wait 2 minutes till both are back. But you can use only one and when you use the second, the cooldown will be smaller since the cooldown started a while ago. So you can use smoke bombs with an interval of half a minute if you use them in a right way. So "skill ceiling" just changes, it doesn't get broken.

MFW 200 hours take. Smoke bomb is not even the main focus of sicario, its twitch+agility shield. by giving sicario double smoke you just remove any need to manage your current dodge value for most optimal setup in your current situation; Sometimes its better to purposefully get hit and stack dodge with twitch, so later you can get hit, dodgebullseye, hit, bullseye, hit, and then get in cover, or even dodge and get hit again if you get lucky. Now its just "i throw smoke, kill bunch of cops and got another smoke already ready so i dont need to think". AT BEST i would make it 45s cooldown with only 1 smoke, thats it.
Also whats the point to just repost 4 mods from the same website? leh mao
@TARE104KA I haven't found the 3rd mod anywhere, which is about the ex-president. That was the main purpose of the mod pack. Unseen strike mod is outdated and not very popular, so I wanted to share working fix with others. Other 2 are just other balancing mods that I use, so I decided to include them too. And only one of 4 mods listed here is ready to be used from this website without my mod pack. So what are you even talking about?
About the Sicario. Is it useful for other teammates with his one smoke bomb? I now think the smoke bombs can only save your ass in some situations, but you can't waste them to help your teammates very much. Also even you are talking about the cooldown. So some balance it needs anyways. And I see the best way of it having 2 smoke bombs.
@DeadHeaven but there's nothing wrong with the sicario cooldown, I go most of my games only using it 1-3 times and if you are good at killing then the cooldown isn't even that bad. this mod just feels a bit cheaty since it's just a straight buff to an already really good perk deck.
@DeadHeaven The only reason i mentioned cooldown is a more reasonable alternative instead of 2 smokes which is complete bonkers, since vanilla sicario is already good perkdeck.
And you can use smoke to cover team during important interactions almost always, because again, sicario strength is twitch+agility shield cards, not smoke, so you can literally always use it for teammates exclusively and be fine. Hell, i even used flashbangs sicario and it was basically the same.
