A remaster of a thing I whipped up a while ago, adds some details to the loot bags subtly detailing Jacket's exploits in Hotline Miami. Nothing big, something I thought matched a Hotline Miami escape van I used to use, and my old Hot Miami tactical.

Two versions included, one has the stickers/patches lowered slightly. Just follow to the .texture, and remove the "_lowered" accordingly.
