Beardlib is now required

• You automatically reload whenever possible
• Shooting and/or aiming cancel the reload animation

Could be quite fun to see how different will the game feel with this reload system.

Made in collaboration with Dr. Newbie (they wrote the base mod, I expanded on it and made the code readable)
