adds one of my favourite tracks that came with the new act for ultrakill, thought id bring it over for fun

there are 2 versions
Custom OST - requires the mod of course and goes into mods/CustomOSTTracks
BeardLib - this one works without CustomOST and goes into assets/mod_overrides
