I dont know how this happened, but somehow Locke managed to strike a deal with Cellstrike to get this powerful weapon. Most ideal for longer ranges.

This adds the Third Eye Railgun from the mobile game Sniper Fury as an add-on sniper rifle which also includes 8 Weapon Painter skins to match the variants in Sniper Fury.
