Trivia of the Mod Development;

In summary, this mod accurately recreates the character of Tony Montana in a 1:1 format. I took great care to ensure that the mod is as faithful as possible to the character from both the movie and the computer game. Using the current model in PAYDAY 2 as a base, I improved various aspects of the character’s face to closely resemble Tony’s facial structure based on references from the movie and online sources. I even watched the Blu-Ray copy more than five times to gather the best possible material for this modification.

Initially, I created this mod for my own personal use. However, I realized that it would be unwise to keep it to myself, as the modding project could be lost over time due to disk data corruption.

Furthermore, when footage of the cancelled SCARFACE Videogame Sequel surfaced online thanks to the efforts of Mafia Game Videos, I was moved to tears by what could have been one of the greatest videogame sequels of all time. This inspired me to continue working on the mod in my spare time.

In honor of the upcoming 39th anniversary of the movie release and the 16th anniversary of the Scarface - The World is Yours videogame, I have decided to release this mod to the public.

I have dedicated more than 7 months to this project and I am confident that the trailer will showcase the quality, effort, and passion that I have put into this mod.

Recreates his face to be accurate to the Scarface movie and videogame
Gives Tony his actual suit and a new viewmodel
Restores previously unused accessories like his watch and ruby ring

Makes you look like a badass ready to take back what is yours
Pays tribute to Al Pacino and his incredible character

Important Notice:

You need to own Scarface Character Pack LEGALLY in order to use the contents of this mod. If you don't own it then I cannot help you.

Installation:

First of all, you will need 7-Zip in order to extract the contents of the Archive - https://7-zip.org/
Open the Archive and Extract the Mod Folder "Matthelzor's Definitive Scarface Model Overhaul" from the archive to your mod_overrides folder.

If you don't know where mod_overrides is, or what it is then please refer to the either Dependencies and Instructions tab or the guide below:

Note: Tony uses bare hands in this particular mod, so if you are going to use the default gloves on him while wearing a different outfit, I'd highly recommend to use one of the in-game gloves.

I am only saying this because someone will report to it as a bug, which I am fully aware as it is intended due the nature of this mod but you know that you could just use a different pair of gloves, rather than his bare hands. It's the first instinct that comes right after common sense when using mods.

Once you install the mod, please have fun and enjoy it as much as I did working on it, even if that took months to make.
