This mod aims to make the RUS the big brother of the 5/7 - more damage, wayyy more bloom (this is the default stat), slower reload and less ammo.
The regular RUS was just this, but the ammo pickup was terrible and there was not enough ammo.
Also the concealment was too low to fit into crit builds - now it is 1 less concealment than a fully kitted 5/7

Here are the stat changes:

Concealment from 25 -> 26
Max ammo 20 -> 30
Reload Speed 11 -> 9
