Ever since a certain creator of a certain AK Pack mentioned that receiver on PAYDAY 2 RPK is wrong, I became obsessed with RPKs in general. Now I finally finished what I wanted to do in one way or another for quite some time.
This mod overrides receiver, dust cover, both uniqiue stocks and handguards models. I tried to make proper UV maps for skins so they didn't look too different from vanilla version when equipping skins. Initially I was planning to replace only the receiver model because it was clearly reusing vanilla AK receiver model, but in the process of creating this mod I noticed that RPK stocks are clipping pretty badly with the receiver, so I replaced both of the stocks as well. And because of this I had to replace the handguard as well so the worn down RPK stock from Caliber didn't clash with the mostly polished Romanian dong from the vanilla game and so on.
I was trying to make textures closely match the textures introduced in Gambyt's [Weapon Texture Reworks](https://modworkshop.net/mod/36505). In order to make this and that mod compatible, you might need to remove everything related to **wpn_upg_ak_fg_combo4** under units/payday2/weapons/wpn_fps_upg_ak_reusable and **wpn_fps_lmg_rpk_body_lowerreceiver** under units/pd2_dlc_gage_lmg/weapons/wpn_fps_lmg_rpk_pts.
Should be compatible with Synd1cate's [RPK Bolt/Recoil Fix](https://modworkshop.net/mod/37890) and my own [No rail on RPK](https://modworkshop.net/mod/31144), I haven't touched files related to either of these mods. There is a minor misalignment issue when using Iron Predator's [LMG Steelsights](https://modworkshop.net/mod/1531), I don't know how to fix it with code and not with PVM.

Instructions
**Make sure to first have SuperBLT, and BeardLib installed. Click the links in the dependency list.**

1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
2. Navigate to `assets/mod_overrides`. The assets folder is supposed to be in your game's installation folder (don't know where that is? click [here](https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2/page/finding-payday-2s-install-folder)). Create the folder if necessary
3. Move the main folder of the mod from step 1 to the folder you navigated to in step 2.
