Killerwolf: Of course we could have told you the proportions are off, dummy.
Carl: Offbrand VIVI?
Totally not a Vector. The cursed proportions and markings have nothing to do with Activi$ion choosing not buying a liscence.
The result of me satisfying my impulse to see what this gun would look like in Payday 2.
The secondary Fennec is (obviously) based on the Vector and will be unlocked at level 39.
The primary Fennec is will appear as the HK416C (Bootleg) and will be unlocked at level 39.
The Fennec behaves similarly to its MW2019 counterpart: can quickly burst down enemies, but suffers from constant reloads and a lack of ammo capacity.
Spoiler!
Stat Notes:
The damage is higher than the vanilla Vector's at 62, being bumped up to 65 damage by the perkdeck passive. This grants you 4 shot headshots, though I am not sure it matters when the gun's high fire rate more than compensates for a lack of damage.
The fire rate is 1200 RPM, same as the vanilla Vector.
The magazine size is set at a default of 25, with the unique magazine mods changing the magazine sizes to what they were in MW2019.
The ammo capacity is set at 5 total magazines (125 total bullets). The ammo pickup should mimic the vanilla Vector at 4-8 bullets to pickup.
These stats aren't quite accurate to MW2019, but some of them are pendantic stat differences (1100 something RPM versus 1200, big deal) and some of them were changes for fun (the original ammo capacity was less, but it wasn't fun to empty your magazine and then spend another)
The accuracy is not bad at a base of 48 and mods give you the ability to bump the accuracy even higher to allow for crossmapping.
The stability is lower than the vanilla Vector at a base of 56, just so stability isn't treated as a total dump stat.
Even then, if you decide to make cursed setups that ignore stability/kick, controlling the recoil should be a breeze if you simply tap fire/use semi auto or burst/ or simply pulling down on your mouse.
The concealment is at a base of 19, but mods put it on par with the vanilla Vector at 20. Some weapon attachments add quite a bit of concealment to push the Fennec into the mid to high 20s.
All of the exclusive mods are available for use, though some of them are decoupled for the sake of having fun with modding the weapon. So you can do things like mix the ZLR Apex's Barrel Shroud with the ZLR Deadfall barrel, or mix the default rounds with Hollow Point rounds if you're a masochist that enjoys reloading every second.
There are also a few memey mods that, well ... see for yourself.
Known Issues:
Names of the MW2019 exclusive VGs might not be correct? I don't have MW2019 installed and can't compare the model to the ingame name.
Names of the MW2019 exclusive stocks probably aren't correct, but I don't have MW2019 installed and can't compare the model to the ingame name.
If the localization is incorrect, I am not changing it just to fix a few names.
If there is a bigger issue with the gun, like "using it ingame hard crashes to desktop" that needs fixing, I will include any localization updates with said bugfixes.
Probable Future Asked Questions:
Q: More MW2019 guns?!?!?
A: Maybe.
Q: Why is the primary Fennec in the Special Category?
A: Because some people dislike having to download Secondary as Primary/Custom Categories for Custom Weapons for the Primary SMG category. The primary Fennec counts as an assault rifle for purposes of skills.
Q: Akimbo?
A: No.
Q: Skinmaps?
A: No. Not unless there's a ridiculously high demand for it (read: my inbox gets spammed with skin requests and/or someone throws money at me demanding I make skinmaps or else). Then you have the problem that I'm the idiot doing the skinmaps...
Q: Blueprints?
A: Was not able to extract any before Greyhound died.
Q: weirdly proportioned fox 2 stronk/week! need nerf/buff!
A: go into the files and change the stats yourself.
