EASY FIX FOR NON MOVEMENT:
Go to your steam files and into the assets folder:
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets
press ctrl + f or use the search bar up top and delete the asset "273334284b339d9b.bundle"
