Yet another Future NotACOG.

According to the files, it's the VectorTalos 4x32 Optic, so that's the name I went with.
I don't know the ingame name and don't really care to figure out the ingame name.

Anyways, it's yet another ACOG-like scope, providing that familiar Chevron reticle and -2 Concealment/+4 Stability.
It will appear to other players as the Aimpoint (Military Red Dot).
