The mod replaces nearly all of the Taser's voicelines with Monsoon's from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Put this in mod_overrides.

Feel free to give any ideas/ report any bugs or issues related to this mod.

Can you link an example video of his voicelines in the definition?

Well I actually had to take a whole ass video consisting of all the voicelines of the in-game characters (Monsoon, Raiden, Denver Cops etc.), and cut out everything besides the Monsoon part, but yeah I'll link the full video in the description.
