My favorite anime about deconstructive mecha action and the tragedy of relationships: Cory in the House!

The USP NERV is unlocked at level 0 and will appear to others as the vanilla USP (Interceptor).
The USP NERV uses the vanilla M1911/Crosskill Chunky Compact stat block: a hard hitting sidearm depending on accuracy but having low pickup rates.
Stat Notes
Spoiler!
Damage is high for a pistol at 110, same as the M1911.
RPM is the same as the M1911 at 480.
Accuracy is slightly superior to the M1911 at 68 and can be further improved with mods to be roughly on par with the M1911.
Stability is below the average at 20, but stability is a dump stat for pistols anyways.
Concealment is slightly worse than the M1911 at a base of 27.
Magazine size is superior to the M1911 at a default of 13, but there's no way to extend the magazine size.
The pickup rate is slightly worse than the M1911 at 1-2 as opposed to 1.5-2, but you probably wont notice.
There's very little in the way of unique mods aside from the MK23 SOCOM LAM and the two COD based suppressors.
Known Issues:
The Katsuragi Cross unique charm has odd charms physics and is most noticeable during reloads. Frankly, I'm not sure if it's a problem with how charms rotate in game or a problem with me exporting animations...
Probable Future Asked Questions:
Q: Alcat/EVA Nerds:
ATSHUALLY, Major Katsuragi's sidearm has .40S&W markings in the series, so it should really be a USP40!!!! How can you call yourself a Drake and Josh fan when you don't study all the minute details!!!!
A: In the series, yes, but in EoE, the USP is drawn assuming it's chambered in .45 ACP. Besides, the modeler went with the latter depiction, with ".45 Auto" written on the barrel.
Q: Skinmaps?
A: Too lazy to.
Q: REEE MECHA ANIME DECONSTRUCTION PISTOL tuu WEKK/stronk! Pls buff/nerf!
A: Go in the files and do it yourself.
