This mod adds in a new outfit bundle to celebrate the global launch of No More Heroes franchise, launched originally on 7th of december in 2007. I may be two days late but it's never too damn late to release stuff like this.
And yes, those are the modern assets and it contains all of the main game outfits he has on, so let's get to the point:

Travis Touchdown NMH1 Outfit - Supports all characters, both male/female (Slim and Overweight) It also features support for all the existing gloves in the game (long and short ones). Yes, there are variants available for this one, you'll just have to see it yourself.
- Travis Touchdown NMH2 Outfit - Supports all characters, both male/female (Slim and Overweight) It also features support for all the existing gloves in the game (long and short ones). Yes, there are variants available for this one, you'll just have to see it yourself.
- Travis Touchdown NMH3 Outfit - Supports all characters, both male/female (Slim and Overweight) It also features support for all the existing gloves in the game (long and short ones). Yes, there are variants available for this one, you'll just have to see it yourself.
- New Gloves: Travis Touchdown Gloves, supported by all the outfits both custom and the official ones from the tailor pack.
- New Mask: Travis Touchdown Aviators - Those will make you feel like a badass, the iconic orange tint makes everything better.
Installation: Put the mod from the archive to your mod_overrides folder
Additional information: The mod folder itself weights around 305MB after extraction to mod_overrides folder
meanwhile the download on the website is in a 7-ZIP archive, compressed with LZMA2 Alghorithm, weights around 42.9MB.
