After Update 214 disabled the 10th Anniversary clown themed lootbags, Ovk changed and broke some stuff.
Loose Lootbags on the floor/vans had their texture desaturated.
Carried Lootbags on player's backs had its texture removed from the game, and incorrectly set to the texture for the Loose bag, making it all scrambled.

This reverses these changes.

Extract to Mod_overrides, SuperBLT + Beardlib required.
