:/ madness combat and Perk 9 is so op or not im not sure i mean the point of this mod is to be either OP like hank or Challenging as hell and feel what its like to be hank :/
I haven't really been testing out my mods (even though my mods were just greg and this) so u know i just want to know if its op or not because i dont really have the time to play payday u know so yeah here you go the mod
and also not available for multiplayer
Perk 1 (grunt) : Weak but you're Hank so you can cause panic to enemies (Makes enemies panic per kill in close range and makes guns intimidating)
Perk 3 (Covered in bandages) : You got a badass jacket now as well (45% increased Dodge, Gain Speed when low hp, Chance to break Enemy armor, Quick Swap)
Perk 5 (Revived) : Oh damn you're head is umm, Anyways to the uhh Stats of the perk (8% damage reduction , 45% armor regen, you gain 30 armor per kill and you have A.O.T {Armor Over Time})
Perk 7 (Ninja Skills) : Yo you look cool man (30% Dodge, heal 10% per Melee and another 10% per kill)
Perk 9 (Mag Transformation 100%) : Looks like Deimos completed the Mag transformation, but that leads Sanford to die (Additional 8% Damage Reduction, 80% Heath, 3% Health Regen per 5s, 10% Armor Regen, 2s Invincible on Armor Break, +25% Dodge using Vest, 65% Armor using Vest, 45% Armor Regen, Auto Armor Regen 1.5s, Bonus Armor Regen Starts at 100% hp, Armor Regen per kill)
now for the instructions
- Download mod (lastest version)
- Download BLT and Beardlib (if you already have skip this)
- Place the mod in the PAYDAY2/Mods folder
- Enjoy and have a great time

can yuo give le description to what the perk deck offers ?

@Speed McWeed u can literally still die with this perk, if your armor breaks and your still being shot you wont be able to regenerate that even with the invincibility of 4 seconds
yet i stated here that its either op or challenging as hell and perk 9 cost way more than the other perk 9 cost making it hard to get, you cant say cheatworkshop on that because

Perk 1: is basically hank from madness combat 1-3, in madness combat 2 u can see him intimidating a grunt to give out infomation and shit, and u can see that some of them are scared of him

Perk 3: He is literally almost god with just dodging bullets, and the gain speed when low hp is basically him just being fast because he is fast is just that how would a perk increase speed so that was the only perk that can increase speed, Breaking enemy armor which is a chance just made me feel like it because he kills those enemies with ease, quick swapping would make sense because how fast he is

Perk 5: His last battle with tricky ended up tricky winning and then getting revived back again with his jaw, the 8% damage reduction just made me feel like his revive just gave him that due to his serious injuries, 45% armor regen, armor per kill is for his sake because he was being shot and shit (Hell how can deflect bullets in payday) so i just counted the times he deflected the bullet with a melee as armor and A.O.T just felt like his armor is really broken because of his jaw

Perk 7: is just basically him just wearing a ninja suit after his fight again with tricky and he got revived again, gaining extra dodge would make sense because he literally looks like a ninja now, that includes the heal kill with melee

Perk 9: If you compare him to the mag agents he is a little bit small still but almost to the height of a mag agent, SO i thought of him being in 100% and deimos killing that engineer, and there you have it i basically put 50% mag transformation hank stats to this perk with the additional Armor perks, in theory if it was only 50% he only should have 8% damage reduction 10% armor regen 65% armor using vest, and not the rest, so thats why i placed it as 100% to feel what its like if it WAS completed
