OVK doesn't make a button that let me disable Un-moved within Stoic perk deck so I have to make a mod to disable that.
Gameplay changes when Un-moved is removed:
Health gating against 1 shot snipers while having 1/3 quick regen with LBV. 3/9 removed definitely can't armor gating since damage also affect your HP bar.
Less waiting, more confident in combat while not requiring perfect aim unlike Anarchist
Skills like Second Wind can activate since armor exist.
Healing is less effective since there is no additional health from Un-moved, making certain skills like Hostage Taker weaker than usual.
Without Un-moved, you cannot repair broken armor with Hip Flask, and enemy's DoT damage will cause your armor to not able to enter regen mode.
New way to build your character? (LBV with Unseen Strike for example)
If you run 3/9 stoic then you are forced to run with ICTV and Aced Hostage Taker that is way too slow when you run in large maps.
With 3/9 removed, you can run with faster paced builds like LBV + Crit without relying on too much on timers/perfect aim unlike Anarchist or RNGesus with Rogue/Crook.
@max20091 Nobody has ever said ICTV stoic is mandatory, if anything it is a massive waste of points for anyone with more than 5 braincells since most people don't need that many shots on DSOD, HBV and LBV stoic are perfectly valid playstyles even on 9/9 as the healing and damage reduction is so absurd. Are you forced to run hostage taker aced? No but why would you not? Its like not running bullseye on armourer, sure you don't need it but why wouldn't you take it? Stoic isn't a very expensive deck it has similar costs to most other decks being HT + faks, the idea that stoic is extremely expensive comes from people thinking that ICTV is the only valid armour type. And no, nobody ever runs 3/9 stoic, if we are considering balance of a deck we always consider 9/9 and giving 9/9 stoic armour is stupid.
@NotYourAvStalin ICTV stoic is pretty much needed if you aren't going for Low Blow builds and it's not massive point wasting if you are going to public especially when everyone else goes optical illusions and you will become a moving bullet magnet. HBV and LBV stoic are valid playstyles but they aren't viable in public unless you have someone else to tank the damage for you, that's why most players choose Anarchist over Stoic.
And no one ever said run with only 3/9 since the strongest part of the deck is 9/9, and my mod is to remove the 3/9 (the third skill aka armor convert) from 9/9 deck. Mods are designed to make game more fun, not to ruins someone else's day unless you are intended to.
And if you don't like my mod then use Dr.Newbie or go somewhere else then.

It is a large point dump considering you don't need alot of the skills in enforcer that you would usually take like beye, optical illusions is also cheaper so the argument that you need the tankiness because of that isn't valid since you can just take optical illusions. That and they are perfectly viable; HBV without die hard gives you 5 shot health assuming no convert and no flask so the survivability is absurd even with it and any argument that 5 shot health isn't enough for pubs is absurd considering decks with much less survivability are very much viable for DS so its not like ICTV is needed. @NotYourAvStalin Not sure how cheaty is Dr. Newbie one since the game actually let you hold only 2/9 instead of forcing full 9/9.
Stoic deck is pretty much easiest to play in the game since you don't have to micromanagement as much as Anarchist but it's also a problem if you didn't run with HP regen (aka Joker).
In public runs like my cases, you are rarely can find someone use Joker (less than 10% of my runs have at least 1 Joker) so without ICTV, it's much harder to handle large amount of mobs targeting at you especially when everyone else goes optical illusions.
And in your run probably not using Full Speed Swarm I guess since cops are AFK outside of the building a lot instead of continously moving to the staircase.
@max20091 You said non ictv stoic wasn't viable in a pub. I joined the literal first pub I saw and outperformed everyone there. Your team having jokers doesn't matter when your joker is all you need for the 30% extra health and the full effects of hostage taker, the only way your team's jokers help is taking some aggro off of you which doesn't matter when you have 5-6 shot health and a flask. Stoic also can get optical illusions and it is very cheap so the point that everyone else runs optical means nothing. Regardless most pubs don't use FSS and I was not hosting that pub and I don't see why that is a requirement anyways, we don't value the strength and viability of a deck/build based on a spiked and modded difficulty. Also another thing proving my point here that ictv is a big point sink is that the enemies are alive to be a struggle to deal with in the first place. Instead of getting the ictv you can invest into skills like unseen or body expertise or any other dps skill so you can kill the enemies without them becoming an issue.
Also if newbie's mod just makes it 2/9 stoic with all cards 3+ having 0 effect then thats not a cheat unlike this mod being a big buff to stoic
