OVK doesn't make a button that let me disable Un-moved within Stoic perk deck so I have to make a mod to disable that.
Gameplay changes when Un-moved is removed:
Health gating against 1 shot snipers while having 1/3 quick regen with LBV. 3/9 removed definitely can't armor gating since damage also affect your HP bar.
Less waiting, more confident in combat while not requiring perfect aim unlike Anarchist
Skills like Second Wind can activate since armor exist.
Healing is less effective since there is no additional health from Un-moved, making certain skills like Hostage Taker weaker than usual.
Without Un-moved, you cannot repair broken armor with Hip Flask, and enemy's DoT damage will cause your armor to not able to enter regen mode.
New way to build your character? (LBV with Unseen Strike for example)
Ah yes the definition of having your cake and eating it too. Getting rid of the only thing even close to a debuff on stoic by allowing it to armour gate ontop of its already insane survivability.
Nope, you can't armour gating at all as damage still eat your health bar, not just armour. Stoic use health gating (can't down when you still have temporary HP) unlike Anarchist or Armorer which is armour gating (100% damage immune for 3s).
The advantage of without 3/9 is that you can regen the armor part (mostly for LBV) but you can't regen health as effective as with 3/9 + ICTV.
@max20091 why are we comparing 2/9 to 3/9. Just about everyone would use stoic at 9/9. If we compare 2/9 or 9/9, 9/9 wins by far, by keeping every buff from cards 4+ while just giving it the ability to gate with armour (and no idc if the damage over time still goes to health that damage over time is laughable as you arent going to get 90% of it or more healed from flask or 4sec or just HT on its own) makes it absurd. If you believe that stoic is challenged in any way shape or form with healing the damage it takes over time play 9/9.
