CLICK PREVIEW BLOOM, SHOOT THE GUN ONCE OR SWITCH WEAPONS TO FIX IT

Put in:
PAYDAY 2\mods\saves\ACH Addons\Crosshairs
If you don't see the ACH Addons folder in saves then you need to install and run the game with ACH at least once then close the game and you will see it in your save folder
