Shield Enemy's = Loli Protectors (idea inspired by this mod https://modworkshop.net/mod/22635 ) (Dont lewd the lolis or the shield units are gonna hunt you down... but seriously dont, I think its illegal...)

Normal Swat enemies below overkill and sniper = AMOGUS!

Medic = EEDIC

Taser = Fell in the white paint jar

Heavy unit in Overkill and Mayhem = Minor texture tweaks i guess

Captain Winters and his phalanx = New Announcement and more clear indication of where the hell Leader Frozen Droplets is

Bulldozers (All of thembut the Zeals except Minigun and Medic) = Some Cursed Stuff... especially their faces and Blackdozer (it does have this mod but edited https://modworkshop.net/mod/33188#instructions i should say that i didn't know how to find or extract texture files... until i did,)
