"Unusual Suspects" can be done with the bots if you equip them with a different Gage Assault Pack mask (4 masks total, 1 different per 1 heister) and "Don't You Dare Miss"(Panic Room accuracy achievement) only requires the player's accuracy to be above (or equal to) 200%.
