Mandatory bags are worth crap and so is small loot. This mod changes that and a few other things.

• Mandatory bags are 75% of bonus bags value
• All small loot values scale from normal to ds
• Dentist's loot, Pigs & Goats now have value
• Bag loot/small loot values are different
• Cash card drops are worth more
• Firestarter day 2 servers are now secured instead of removed
• Offsore/Spending is 75/25
• Weapons & Masks cost more
• Assets/Preplanning cost more
• Additional skillsets cost more
• Heists cost more
• Killing civilians deducts more cash but only in stealth
• Infamy 6-25: every 5 levels cost 25m more, 26+ costs 333m
