Additional Loot XP

Some heists, such as Golden Grin, don't give xp for secured bags. I wanted that xp and for small loot to be less useless hence this mod.

Get XP for secured bags in heists that don't do that already.

Get XP for secured bags in heists that give xp for some bags but not others.
