I finally finished doing this

Put the mod into the PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides folder

Disclaimer: This is my first mod! I know the big floppa isn't exactly in the middle (couldn't make it perfect) but I tried my best to make it look good. Enjoy the mod :)
